Easter Sunday is a Joyful Day of Praise as we Celebrate
that God raised Jesus from the dead.
"
Why are you looking here in a tomb for someone who is
alive!"

Church members used many skills and much time to put
together this display in the entrance.
It shows the crosses on Calvary hill and the tomb in the garden.
|
The resurrection is important to us because it
demonstrates that Jesus really did die for a purpose.
He won the victory over sin and death. To those who accept Jesus this means:
 | He forgives our wrongs and we can now live with
him and for him, day by day, in an ever new and growing relationship with
God.
|
 | When we die, God will raise us to everlasting
eternal life with him.
|
|
 |
Our focus at the front of the church is the grave
stone rolled away with the flowers and the grave clothes declaring that the
tomb is empty.
At our services, from Easter to Pentecost,
we often say,
Jesus is risen!
Allelulia!
