 | Choose a theme that means something to you. Some ideas we have used are:
|
Words from the Bible that are meaningful to you.
Songs or Hymns which create a picture as you sing them.
A special time of the year.
Try reading Poems.
Think of special seasons or festivals.
Look back at photographs or in books for pictures of landscapes, animals, plants, people,
fun things like cartoons, clowns, balloons etc.
 | Your theme can be demonstrated by colours, shapes and the way you arrange the
flowers.
|
Choose some flowers.
Choose some foliage plants.
Choose a container.
Cut the stems to the right size.
Push their stems in some "Oasis" foam.
 | Decide on the arrangement
|
Make a sketch of the design if required.
Use some wire to hold the flowers in place.
 | Find a place to display your arrangement and make sure it is watered regularly and
that any wilting flowers are replaced.
|
 | Give it a title so that people will know what you were thinking when you designed
it.
|
 | Stop to thank God for the beauty of the flowers in His creation.
