As part of a team of Colchester Churches, St Margarets Church members provide soup & sandwiches for homeless people in the Colchester town centre. We have two Church teams who take it in turns to go out  on the third Sunday evening of the month, after collecting together the sandwiches that people have made and  preparing soup in the Church hall.

Much of the tinned produce that is given at Harvest, (all with correct use by dates,) is stored throughout the year and used to make the sandwiches and soup.
